Newbank House offers a leading out of school and school holiday club for children attending School up to children aged 12 in the Oldham area.
As well as term time, we are open throughout each school half term, including Easter as well as the summer holidays.
Based in our Nursery, Newbank House, we go out of our way to make our holiday club a real experience for children. Our mark of success is when we regularly hear that children have asked their parents when they can return for more fun days!
Collaborative Planning
Allowing your children maximum benefit
We listen to children’s likes, dislikes and opinions to ensure that our out of school holiday club provides the best possible experience.
Prior to each session, we send a planning document out to parents so you are aware in advance of the days activities.
We plan in ‘off site’ holiday activities to outside attractions such as museums, parks and lunches out. This ensures a variety of indoor and outdoor play as well as unique, positive experiences your child won’t forget.
Here at Newbank, your children’s safety is at the forefront of our approach.
As well as regular on premises assessments, a full risk assessment is in place for all ‘off site’ events, so you can rest easy knowing your children are in safe hands.

We operate a 1 to 8 (staff/child) ratio in our holiday and out of school club. This ensures your children are always safe and receiving the highest level of care and education.
All of our staff undergo behaviour training and are highly experienced in managing children in mixed age groups, in a positive way.
All staff are trained in safeguarding and child protection ensuring Newbank House is a safe and exciting place for your children to shine.
Local School Pick-up and Drop Off
From three Oldham schools
We have a great relationship with local schools. This allows for an efficient pick up and drop off service fitting in seamlessly with the school day. We currently serve, Blackshaw Lane Primary School, OL2 6NT, Crompton Primary School, OL2 7HD, St Joseph’s RC Junior, Infant and Nursery School, OL2 8SZ
We operate a fleet of our own cars and minibuses which as well as handling the school run, allows for wide ranging trips off site with children and our team.

Opening Times
Catering for primary school children up to 12 years old, we open each weekday, from 7.30am to 6.00pm, for 51 weeks of the year, excluding Bank Holidays. We offer the following sessions:
Full Day Holiday Club: 7.30am – 6.00pm
Before School: 7.30am – School drop off
After School: School pick up – 6.00pm
